Loudoun Republicans Take Top Honors at 2010 RPV Advance

November 24, 2010

The Loudoun Republicans were recognized at the 2010 RPV Advance for our efforts in 2010 to re-elect Congressman Frank Wolf. Wolf received 63 percent of the vote in Loudoun, defeating his opponent by a nearly 2 to 1 margin.

"The Loudoun County Republican Committee worked very hard this year for the re-election of Congressman Frank Wolf," said Howie Lind, the Chairman of the 10th Congressional District. "It is a pleasure and an honor to present the LCRC with the Outstanding Unit of the Year award in the 10th District. Your committee worked overtime throughout the summer and fall with lit drops, door knocking, and fundraising for Congressman Wolf." Chairman Lind also said that "the LCRC has also been actively recruiting candidates for the all-important state and local races coming up in 2011."

LCRC Chairman Mark Sell accepted the award on behalf of the committee. Pictured are 10th District Chairman Howie Lind, LCRC Chairman Mark Sell, and Chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia Pat Mullins:
