Proxy Form

Regular members, if you cannot attend the monthly business meeting, you can send a proxy holder as your representative. This person can vote on your behalf at the meeting.  Both you and your proxy holder (if they are also a Regular LCRC member) will get credit for attending the meeting.

He/she must be a registered voter in Loudoun County.  He/she will only be able represent one person (you) at the meeting. If you cannot find someone to hold your proxy, you can submit this LCRC online form or the paper form with the proxy holder’s name left blank. You may also email your form to [email protected].  We will do our best to find a person to hold your proxy but we cannot guarantee we will find someone.
