BIED Society Veteran Suicide Prevention Documentary Premier & Fundraiser

Dear LCRC Members and Loudoun Republicans,

The BIED Society is presenting their documentary premier focused on Veteran Suicide Prevention and Brain Injury Policy. Veteran suicide has tragically become the second leading cause of death among veterans under the age of 45, with 6,407 reported fatalities in 2022, according to the 2024 National Veteran Suicide Prevention Annual Report (Part 2 of 2: Report Filings, Office of Suicide Prevention, December 2024, VA).

The BIED Society is an International Affairs Policy Think Tank. They have partnered with 22 ZERO, as well as several other organizations – to help reduce the suicide rates among our Veterans. 22 ZERO is a non-profit devoted to helping our veterans, active duty military, as well as our first responders. Their treatment options are wildly successful and helpful to those in need.

While this is a non-partisan event, by attending this Documentary Premier, we— as Republicans— have the opportunity to:
