Pursuant to Article IV, Section A.2., of the Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Loudoun County, Virginia, as amended, I, Scott Pio, Chairman, do hereby issue this Call for a meeting of the Loudoun County Republican Committee, to convene on:

Business Meeting – Official meeting for LCRC
Friday, June 16th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m.
Fairfax Christian School
22870 Pacific Boulevard
Dulles, Virginia 20166
Starts Promptly at 7PM.  Please come 10-15 minutes early for a seat.

PROXY FORM

Regular members, if you cannot attend the meeting, you can send a proxy holder as your representative. This person can vote on your behalf at the meeting, and you will get credit for attending the meeting.

Fill out the form below (also available loudoungop.com/proxy-form-member/) and submit to the LCRC (via email at membership@loudoungop.com by 5pm on the day of the meeting OR bring it in person to the meeting).

He/she must be a registered voter in Loudoun County, and will only be able represent one person (you) at the meeting. If your proxy is an LCRC member, their attendance will not count for them, only for you. If you cannot find someone to hold your proxy, you can send the LCRC the form with the proxy holder’s name blank. We will do our best to find a person to hold your proxy but we cannot guarantee we will find someone.
