DESCRIPTION:You are invited to attend a Loudoun Fentanyl Awareness/ Narcan Training with Attorney General Jason Miyares on Tuesday\, June 18\, 2024\, from 5:30PM- 7:30PM at The Community Church in Ashburn.  During this event\, Attorney General Jason Miyares will share our state-wide effort to reduce drug crime and drug dealers pushing fentanyl. You will also hear from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office\, from the First Lady Suzanne Youngkin\, from the DEA and from a mom who lost her son to fentanyl poisoning. You will also be trained for FREE by the Loudoun Community Services Board to understand opioids\, how opioid overdoses happen\, to learn risk factors for overdoses\, and how to respond to an opioid overdose emergency with Naloxone (Narcan). \n*Please RSVP by Monday\, June 17.* \nFor requests for table displays to provide resources\, please email Patti Menders.
