I am a husband and father of 4 children who have been through the LCPS system. I hold a bachelors degree in Biology followed up by a certification in Prosthetics. I started my prosthetics company in 2002 providing care and artificial limbs to the area hospital and VA clinic patients. My experience as a high school wrestling and softball coach for the past several years has given me an integral understanding of the need for a safe and supportive environment for our students. \

I am running for school board as it is time to bring common sense back to the decision making processes and policies for our education system. I have witnessed the negative impact of the current school board's focus on divisive ideologies rather than core academic excellence. Priorities are needed for academic excellence, support for our parents and teachers, and a school culture where meritocracy is valued and respect for one another is fostered.
