Letter to the Editor by Gary Katz: The BOS Should Prove Sister City Revenue

If the ROI from the sister city program is legitimate and justifies further investment, then it should withstand public scrutiny. The board should produce the itemized tax revenue receipts clearly demonstrating a causal relationship between these trips and net new tax revenue.
