Brad Pollack

Brad Pollack is a strong patriot who took an oath to protect and defend our Constitution and our rights as Americans. Brad obtained a degree in law from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Brad then enlisted in the Marines and fought for his country, his values, and his fellow Americans.

As a Marine, Brad served as an appellate counsel for soldiers facing court martial. After three years of ensuring that our soldiers faced a fair trial, Brad began his career in public service and law.

After serving his country, Brad spent thirty years representing Americans as a defense attorney, continuing to uphold our constitutional right to a fair trial. Owning his own small business, Brad understands that the best thing to help American businesses succeed and to create jobs is to get government out of the way and cut taxes. As a public servant, Brad has spent years in local, state, and national government fighting for our rights. As a Counsel to Congress, Brad fought to keep taxes low and to keep government accountable, and as a member of the Shenandoah County of Supervisors, he fought for our rights, writing and passing a 2A Resolution. With Brad’s rich history of fighting for our rights, both in the courtroom and on the battlefield, Brad understands how important it is to fight for our rights.
